Pear Cottage is situated above the Dried Flower Shop in a traditional sandstone building and will be decorated in a country cottage style.  This is a perfect base for exploring all that the Borders has to offer, from rugby to hill walking, fishing and visiting other Trust properties in the area.  The accommodation comprises one double room, sitting room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.

Views from the flat take in the National Trust for Scotland's glorious Priorwood Garden.
