Refund Policy

Holiday Cancellation Insurance is not included in the rental and should you have to cancel your booking a refund will only be made if the Trust is able to re-let the accommodation for the period concerned.  If successful the Trust will refund the deposit and balance, if already paid, less a £30.00 re-booking fee.  The Trust must be notified of cancellation in writing prior to the commencement date of the holiday.  We strongly recommend you take out your own cancellation insurance.
